Changes after approval. Any requested change is subject to availability and written approval. Changes requested after the applicable deadline may be declined or may result in additional charges.

Guest count and minimums. The final guaranteed guest count may be used for staffing, preparation, billing, and minimum-spend requirements. Charges may be based on the guaranteed count or actual attendance, whichever is greater, when permitted by the final approved agreement.

Cancellation and refunds. Deposits, refunds, credits, and cancellation charges are governed by the approved event documents and the deadlines shown above. No verbal cancellation or modification is effective unless confirmed in writing.

Client responsibility. The client is responsible for the conduct of guests, damage caused by the client or guests, compliance with venue rules, and any approved third-party vendors or outside items.

Alcohol service. Alcohol service remains subject to applicable law, identification requirements, responsible-service practices, and the venue’s right to refuse or discontinue service.

Entire event understanding. This acknowledgment, together with the applicable BEO, proposal, invoice, and written amendments, reflects the approved event arrangements. Conflicting verbal statements are not binding.
